1. Organising company

The campaign “YOUR PURCHASE YOUR MOVIE” (the “Promotion”) is organised by VIA OUTLETS MALLORCA, S.L.U., with its registered office in Marratxí (Mallorca), Mallorca Fashion Outlet – Management Offices, Autopista Palma-Inca km 7.1, CP 07141, registered with the Commercial Registry of Mallorca under sheet PM-92129 / volume 2918 / page 188, and with Tax ID No. B-86338977 (“VIA”).

2. Purpose of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion takes place at Mallorca Fashion Outlet, Autopista Palma-Inca km 7.1, 07141 – Marratxí (Mallorca) (the “Center”) from 12 October 2026 to 25 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”), or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

2.2. The Promotion consists of awarding one (1) voucher redeemable for one (1) cinema ticket (the “Voucher”) to each Participant who, during the Promotion Period, makes purchases at establishments located in the Center for a cumulative amount exceeding €100. Once this amount has been reached, the Participant must present the original purchase receipts at the Center’s Information Point. After VIA has verified compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Participant will receive the Voucher. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of 1,000 Vouchers.

2.3. For the purposes of this Promotion, purchases made at the Center’s establishments shall be eligible, subject to any exclusions expressly communicated in the Promotion materials. The Promotion is based on objective purchase requirements and does not involve any draw, random selection or game of chance.

3. Participants

3.1. Any natural person may participate in the Promotion, provided that they: (i) are at least 18 years of age; and (ii) participate in the Promotion as a private individual and not as part of their self-employed professional or commercial activities (hereinafter, the “Participant”).

3.2. Participation is personal and limited to one (1) participation, one (1) Voucher and one (1) cinema ticket per Participant throughout the Promotion Period. VIA may verify the Participant’s identity by requesting an official identification document, solely to confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate participation and avoid the reuse of receipts. For the avoidance of doubt, any purchases made by the same Participant during the Promotion Period exceeding €100 shall not be taken into account for the purposes of this Promotion.

3.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion shall only be active during the Promotion Period specified in these Terms and Conditions. Purchases made outside the Promotion Period, purchases that are returned, cancelled, or refunded, purchases made with invalid, altered or duplicated receipts, and purchases of gift cards or equivalent instruments shall not be taken into account. The qualifying spend shall be calculated on the amount effectively paid by the Participant after discounts, vouchers, returns or refunds.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize consists of one (1) Voucher redeemable for one (1) cinema ticket per Participant who fulfils the requirements of the Promotion. The Voucher shall be valid for one (1) year from its date of issue and may be used for any film available at the Mallorca Fashion Outlet cinema at the time of redemption, subject to the cinema’s applicable conditions and availability.

4.2. The Voucher may be redeemed for a cinema ticket from 1 December 2026 onwards in accordance with the procedure specified on the Voucher.

4.3. The prize is as described in the preceding paragraphs and does not extend to any other concept not expressly specified therein.

4.4. The prize is personal and may not be exchanged for cash or for any other benefit. The Voucher may only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the redemption procedure stated on it.

4.5. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, VIA shall apply the corresponding withholding and make the relevant payment on account of Personal Income Tax in relation to the prize awarded to the winner and shall report such prizes in the relevant tax filings. Any tax implications arising from the receipt or use of the prize shall be borne by the winner, and VIA shall be held harmless from any liability in this regard to the extent permitted by law.

5. Prize redemption

5.1. If, during the Promotion Period, a Participant makes purchases at establishments located in the Center for a cumulative amount exceeding €100, once the Participant has verified that they have reached the said amount of €100 and satisfy the participation requirements, they must go to the TIC to collect the Voucher. For these purposes, the Participant must present at the TIC the purchase receipts evidencing the relevant transactions. TIC staff will record the numbers of the original receipts and the Participant’s ID document number. This processing is necessary to manage participation in the Promotion in order to prevent duplicate participation and the reuse of receipts, as described in further detail in the “Data Protection and Privacy” section.

5.2. Under no circumstances may the same receipt be presented more than once at the TIC. If TIC staff detect duplicate, altered, returned, cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalid receipts, they may reject participation in the Promotion.

5.3. If the Participant is a Fashion Club member, has enabled the receipt of promotional communications from VIA and has scanned their member QR code when making purchases for a cumulative amount exceeding €100, they will receive an email notification once VIA’s systems have verified compliance with the Promotion requirements. The notification will inform the Participant that they may collect the Voucher from the Center’s Information and Tourism Point (“TIC”). To do so, the Participant must present their Fashion Club member QR code and, where requested, an official identification document, solely to prevent duplicate participation.

5.4. The Participant must collect their Voucher by 25 November 2026 during the TIC’s opening hours and subject to prior verification of compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If the Voucher is not collected by this date, it will be considered a refusal.

6. Fraud

6.1. Any attempt at fraud will result in the Participant’s immediate exclusion from the Promotion. Fraudulent conduct includes, without limitation, presenting false, altered, duplicated, returned, cancelled or refunded receipts; using receipts belonging to another person without authorisation; using the same receipt for more than one participation; providing false or inaccurate identification data; manipulating QR Codes, VIP Day Passes or registration systems; or attempting to participate more than once. VIA may carry out proportionate checks and retain the minimum information necessary to document the incident and defend its rights.

7. Non-compliance

7.1. If a Participant does not comply with the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Voucher shall not be awarded.

7.2. If non-compliance is detected after delivery, VIA may cancel the Voucher or request its return, to the extent permitted by law and provided that the Participant is informed of the reason for the measure.

8. Liability

8.1. VIA shall not be liable for interruptions, technical incidents, errors in communications, temporary unavailability of systems or cancellation, suspension or modification of the Promotion when caused by force majeure, third-party acts or circumstances beyond VIA’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits VIA’s liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, consumer rights that cannot be waived, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8.2. Each Participant must take all necessary measures to protect their own data and/or the software of their electronic device, computer and/or website from any potential attacks.

8.3. Participation in the Promotion is the responsibility of each Participant, who must ensure that the information, receipts, QR Codes or VIP Day Passes submitted are accurate, valid and sufficient to evidence compliance with the Promotion requirements. VIA shall not be liable for the Participant’s failure to submit the required evidence or for errors attributable to the Participant, without prejudice to the rights recognised by mandatory consumer legislation.

8.4. VIA may, in good faith, verify whether Participants have complied with these Terms and Conditions, particularly with regard to the disqualification of any Participant who has abused the Promotion or attempted to circumvent its requirements.

9. Changes and/or cancellation of the Promotion

9.1. VIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Promotion where there is a justified reason, force majeure, a technical or operational incident, legal requirement, fraud risk, or any other circumstance beyond VIA’s reasonable control that prevents the Promotion from being carried out as planned. Any material change shall be communicated through the same channels used to advertise the Promotion and shall not affect rights already acquired by Participants who fulfilled the requirements before the change was announced.

9.2. As set out in Section 1, the Promotion is limited to a maximum of one thousand (1,000) cinema tickets. Accordingly, the Promotion shall end on 25 October 2026 or when the available stock has been exhausted, whichever occurs first, without any entitlement to compensation for Participants.

9.3. VIA shall not be held liable if the Promotion has to be interrupted, delayed or even cancelled due to causes beyond its control.

9.4. Any matter not expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by VIA in good faith, in accordance with the purpose of the Promotion, the information provided to Participants and applicable law, and without prejudice to the rights recognised to consumers and users under mandatory legislation.

10. Data protection and privacy

10.1. VIA shall process personal data as data controller for the purpose of carrying out and managing the Promotion, verifying compliance with the participation requirements, issuing and managing Vouchers and cinema tickets, communicating information related to their redemption, preventing and detecting duplicate or fraudulent participation, and handling claims or incidents. Such processing is based on the performance of the relationship arising from participation in the Promotion and VIA’s legitimate interest in preventing fraud, duplicate participation and reuse of receipts.

10.2. The categories of data processed may include identification and contact details, Fashion Club or VIP Day Pass identifiers, receipt numbers, purchase information necessary to verify compliance with the requirements and, in the case of Participants who participate through the TIC, their official identity document number. VIA shall not retain copies of identity documents unless this is strictly necessary to document an incident or claim.

10.3. No disclosures of personal data are envisaged, except to the brands of the Center for the verification of receipts, purchase validity or potential fraud, and to competent authorities where there is a legal obligation or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Additionally, the data may be processed by providers acting as data processors and following VIA’s instructions in the context of the provision of services. No international transfers of data are envisaged.

10.4. The data shall be processed by VIA while the Promotion remains open for participation. Once all prizes have been awarded, the data shall be retained for the period necessary to comply with VIA’s legal obligations, including the applicable limitation periods for any actions arising from the Promotion.

10.5. Each Participant has the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, which may be exercised by sending an email to [email protected], indicating in the subject line: “Ref: Your purchase your movie”. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the processing of their data breaches these Terms and Conditions or applicable legislation.

10.6. We are committed to protecting the Participant’s privacy and only use personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals.
