1. Organizing Company

The “Sports Bags” promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by VIA OUTLETS MALLORCA, S.L.U., with registered office in Marratxí (Mallorca), Mallorca Fashion Outlet – Management Offices, Autopista Palma-Inca km 7.1, CP 07141, registered in the Commercial Registry of Mallorca under page PM-92129 / volume 2918 / sheet 188, and with VAT number B-86338977 (the “Company”). The Company can be contacted at its registered office.

2. Purpose of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion consists of giving one (1) sports bag to those Mallorca Fashion Club members who make purchases worth €250 or more in stores in the Center that are part of the Mallorca Fashion Club loyalty program, using the Mallorca Fashion Club member QR code at the time of purchase, thus registering the transaction, from February 16, 2026, until supplies last.

2.2. The territorial scope of this Promotion extends to the territory of Spain.

2.3. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

3. Participants

3.1. Any natural person can be a participant, provided they are at least 18 years old and a member of our Mallorca Fashion Club loyalty program. Employees of the Company, the Shopping Center, or our brands when related to this Promotion, as well as their first and second-degree relatives, are not allowed to participate (hereinafter, “Participant”).

3.2. The Participant's identification must match the name used to register for the Mallorca Fashion Club; otherwise, the Participant will be immediately disqualified.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize to be won is one (1) sports bag. A total of 150 sports bags will be awarded.

4.2. The prize is as described in the previous paragraph and does not extend to any other concept not expressly specified therein.

4.3. The prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed in any way, not even for its monetary value. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for cash.

4.4. In compliance with current legislation, if applicable, the Company will make the appropriate withholding and payment on account of the Personal Income Tax for the prize winner and will declare the prizes awarded in the relevant tax forms. The tax implications that the prize may have on the winner’s taxes will be their sole responsibility, and the Company will be relieved of any liability.

5. Requirements to Participate

5.1. To participate, you only need to make purchases at stores and restaurants in the Shopping Center that are part of the Mallorca Fashion Club loyalty program starting on February 16, 2026, and while supplies last, using your Mallorca Fashion Club member QR code at participating establishments (excluding restaurants). The Company will not accept QR codes that have not been scanned correctly at participating establishments, and the Participant will be excluded from this Promotion. For clarification purposes, the Promotion will only be active on the days indicated in these Terms and Conditions, so purchases made on days other than those indicated here will not be counted. In any case, the minimum purchase amount will be counted on the same day, and purchases made on different days cannot be added together.

5.2. Participants may only participate twice on each day included in these Terms and Conditions, i.e., a maximum of two bags per person per day will be given out if the same person makes purchases worth €500 or more on the same day, in accordance with the conditions set out herein. Entries exceeding the maximum number allowed will be considered void and will not participate.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1. Starting on February 16, 2026, and until stocks last, Mallorca Fashion Club members who make purchases worth €250 or more will receive an email notifying them that they can go to the Center's Information Point to collect their sports bag by showing the QR code. If the customer has not enabled the receipt of communications from the Company, they must verify that they have reached the aforementioned amount of €250 and then go to the Center's Information Point to collect the sports bag by showing the QR code.

7. Identity Verification

7.1. Registrations made with an invalid email address will be considered void.

7.2. Participants agree to have their identity verified and to have their declared address compared with that on their national identity document. Any false declaration of identity or address will lead to the immediate expulsion of the Participant.

8. Fraud

Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate expulsion of the Participant.

9. Non-compliance

In the event that the winners do not meet the criteria set out in these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will remain with the Company.

10. Publication of Winner’s Data and Copyright

10.1. The Company reserves the right to publish the names and images of the winners and their prizes on the Internet and the Shopping Center's social networks, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet, without any additional compensation to the winners. By participating, the winners expressly accept the publication of their data.

11. Use of the Internet

11.1. Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding its technical functioning, the risk of interruptions, and, more generally, the inherent risks of any connection and transmission made via the Internet, the vulnerability of certain data to possible misappropriation, and the risk of infection by viruses on the network.

11.2. In no case will the Company be held responsible for the following, among others:

• Internet transmissions.

• Malfunction of the Internet and/or the software used.

• Consequences of viruses, failures, anomalies, technical defects.

• Malfunction, whether technical, hardware, or software.

12. Liability

12.1. The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the interruption, malfunction, expulsion of Participants, or cancellation of the Promotion for any reason. This also applies to any direct or indirect damage that may occur due to the connection to this site.

12.2. Each Participant must take all necessary measures to protect their own data and/or software on their electronic device, computer, and/or website from possible attacks.

12.3. The connection to the Company’s site and participation in the Promotion are the exclusive responsibility of the Participants. The Company cannot be held responsible if this Promotion has to be changed, shortened, or canceled due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control.

12.4. The Company reserves the right to determine if the rules are to be respected, particularly concerning the expulsion of any Participant who has abused them.

13. Force Majeure

During the Promotion, additions or, in case of force majeure, modifications may be published, which, once notified by the Company, will be considered annexes to these rules.

14. Changes and/or Cancellation of the Promotion

14.1. The Company reserves the right to change, extend, or even completely cancel the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control. The Company will not be held responsible if the Promotion has to be interrupted, delayed, or even canceled for reasons beyond its control.

14.2. Any case not expressly contemplated in these rules will be considered by the Company, and its decision in this regard will be final.

15. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

16.1. Unless the Participant states otherwise, the information provided in their registration on the participation form will be entered into the Company’s database.

16.2. The Company will process the data for the purpose of carrying out and managing the Promotion, as well as to contact the Participant to inform them of any event or activity related to it, with the processing being necessary and legitimized by the contractual execution of their participation in the Promotion.

16.3. The data will be processed by the Company while the Promotion is still open to participation. Once all the prizes have been awarded, the data will be retained for the period necessary to comply with the Company’s legal obligations, including those statute of limitations for any action arising from the Promotion.

16.4. The winner expressly agrees that the Company may mention them on its social networks as the winner of the Promotion.

16.5. Each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit, or transfer their data, which they may exercise by sending an email to [email protected], indicating in the subject line: “Ref: ‘Sports Bag’ Promotion.” Likewise, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your data has been processed in contravention of these legal terms and conditions or the applicable regulations.

16.6. We are committed to protecting the Participant's privacy and only use their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please read our Privacy Policy, available on our website, to understand how your personal information is collected and used as part of the Promotion. The contract between us requires us to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By participating, the Participant acknowledges acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

16.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees, unless otherwise stated, that the Company may collect and use their information in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

18. Applicable Law

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
