• As a central part of the Bollicine&Co Champagne Bar in the renowned Mallorca Fashion Outlet, you ensure our guests are culinary pampered and continually surprised. With your dedication and commitment, you make every dish an experience.

Your responsabilities:  

• Effective management and organization of the kitchen; ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards.  

• Ensuring smooth operations through skillful management of purchasing, orders, and storage.

What you should bring:  

• Extensive experience as a chef, especially in upscale gastronomy, is ideal.  

• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in presentation.  

• Efficiency and calmness even in hectic times.  

• An unyielding passion for Italian cuisine.  

• Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility.  

• Strong communication skills in English, Italian, or German; Spanish is a plus.
